Peanuts are a low-glycemic food,which means that eating them won’t cause a spike in the blood sugar level.Peanuts are a good source of fiber,which helps reduce inflammation throughout the body as well as good for digestive system.
Here we are going to seen an easy to prepare and delicious to eat recipe with only 2 main ingredients. This recipe can be a good and healty snacks .

Serves : 25 balls ( upto the size you round)
Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 5 mins (to roast the peanuts)
Total time : 15 mins (excluding ladoo rounding time)
Ingridients :
* Peanuts / Ground nuts – 1 1/2 cups
* Jaggery / powdered jaggery – 1 1/2 cups ( you an reduce or increase as per your sweet level)
* Elachi / Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
* Salt little than a pinch
Preparation Instructions:
1. In a heavy bottom pan, dry roast the peanuts / ground nuts in a medium flame until it gets heat or the skin separates from the nut and let it cool.
2. Grind the cooled peanuts into coarse powder but not grind continuously, along with add cardamom powder, salt and give a grind , keep the powder in a mixing bowl .
3. Add powdered jaggery or powder the grated jaggery in the mixer jar and add the peanut powder with the jaggery and give a grind to mix well easily and transfer to a bowl.
4. Round it to balls in the size of you need.
5. Recipe is ready to serve.
Another Method :
You can do another method by using peanuts instead of Sesame seeds from my recipe Sesame seeds sweet balls https://easykitchen.info/ellu-urundai-sesame-seed-ladoo-sesame-sweet-balls/ to get large numbers in quantity
Steps In Pictures:

4. Add Cardamom powder .

5. Add salt and give

6. Keep the coarse powder in a bowl.

7. Shred the jaggery.

8.Grind jaggery to powder.
If you are using powdered jaggery,
skip this step and jump into the
next step.

9. Add powdered jaggery or powder the grated jaggery
in the mixer jar and add the peanut powder
with the jaggery and give a grind
to mix well easily .

10. Transfer to a bowl.

11. By using hands, make the mix to
powder without lumps.

12. Round it to balls in the size of you need.

13. Recipe is ready to serve.

Note for the dish :
1. You can use skin removed peanuts/ ground nuts, if you wish for soft color balls.
2. You can use pure brown cane sugar or palm sugar instead of jaggery , but make sure that you are using powder form brown cane sugar or palm sugar.
3. Using a pinch of salt is just to enhance the sweetness.
