Mutton liver has a high enough iron content that will help overcome low blood pressure. Because its function increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood. It helps toddler in developing the brain function. It contains copper content, which helps for human body a lot. It may smell a bit while cooking and eating, here we are going to see a smell good and delicious semi dry curry with the goat liver.

Ingredients :
* Goat liver – 250 – 300 gram
* Onion – 2 big nos
* Tomato – 1 big no
* Dry red chilli – 1 no
* Coconut oil – 3 tblspn
* Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
* Cinnamon stick – 1 small no
* Cloves – 2 nos
* Curry leaves – 1 string
* Ginger garlic paste – 1 tblspn ( Ginger can be in high ratio to cook the liver easily)
* Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder – 1 1/2 tblspn
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 tblspn
* Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Instead of the above 3 powders, I have used homemade curry powder.
Or else you can use store bought Mutton masala.
* Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 tsp ( as per your spice level)
* Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp ( as per your spice level)
* Salt as needed
* Water – 1 -2 cups ( or as needed per your curry requirement)
* Coriander leaves / Cilantro to garnish
Preparation Instructions :
1. Soak Goat liver in turmeric powder and salt water, then wash it well and cut it into small pieces and keep it ready.
2. Heat a heavy bottom pan, add 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil, cinnamon sticks, clove, finely chopped onions and saute until the onion turns soft.
3. Add the small pieced liver, salt and fry it until the liver oozes out full water content and come to rounding consistency and keep it aside.
4. In the same pan after a wash, heat the remaining oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter.
5. Add tomatoes and saute until it gets mashed. Then add the stirred liver and saute.
6. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, mutton masala( optional) and saute for a minute.
7. Add water Cover the lid and let it cook in the medium flame for 15 – 20 minutes or until the livere gets cooked.
8. Add pepper powder and switch off the stove.
9. Garnish with Coriander leaves and fresh curry leaves.
10. Recipe is ready to serve.

16. Add kashmiri chilli powder.

17. Add cumin powder, garam masala powder.

18. Add Mutton masala ( optional)
and saute for a minute.

19. Add Water .

20. Cover the lid and let it cook in the medium flame
for 15 – 20 minutes or until the livere
gets cooked.

21. Add pepper powder and switch off
the stove.

22. Garnish with Coriander leaves and
fresh curry leaves.
Recipe is ready to serve.

Note for the dish :
1. You can cut liver into small small pieces to cook it quickly.
2. If you wish you cook the recipe in pressure for 5-6 whistles.
3. You can serve the recipe with white rice and all types of rice , also with idly, dosa, chapati, roti, naan.
4. You can let the water evaporates and serve it dry as a starter too.
