Mushroom can be a starter, main dish, snack, soup and a lot. Here I am going to share an yummy cheesy creamy garlic mushroom recipe. This is simple to prepare in minutes but mouth watering to eat recipe for cheese, cream lovers.

Ingredients :
* Mushroom – 250 grams
* Butter – 2 tblspn
* Garlic – 6-7 cloves
* Whole Milk / Cream – 1 cup ( cream upto your wish)
* Mozzarella / Parmesan – 1/2 cup shredded
* Pepper powder – 1/2 tblspn ( as per your spice level)
* Salt as needed
* Italian seasoning / Oregano – 1 tblspn
Preparation Instructions:
1. Cold water wash and cut the Mushrooms into 2 or it can be full and keep it ready.
2. In a pan, heat butter, add the chopped garlic and saute it until the garlic turns crispy.
3. Add the diced mushrooms, salt and sauté until the mushrooms oozes out in medium flame.
4. Add milk / cream and let it boil. Then add the shredded cheese, Italian seasoning / oregano , Pepper powder and stir it well.
5. Turn off the stove once the recipe thickens.
6. Recipe is ready to serve.

Note for the dish :
1. If you are adding milk, then let it boil for 2 minutes or more, else adding cream just need a minute boil with stir.
2. You can add chopped parsley leaves if you wish.
3. It can be served alone or with garlic bread and also you can just add the cooked pasta and serve a creamy pasta.
